    Labrador dog pup

I'm yet to see a dark yellow / fox red that doesn't have one line always in it's pedigree. Seanbaile is always there, usually it's through Aughacasla Sam of Drakeshead or less frequently Gillmore Arrow of Pocklea. Even more rare does it appear through the bitch line, I actually pick up on a shoot where the owner has it in his Labradors bitch line. I don't breed for colour, I'm looking for a soft nature dog that'll get on & hunt.

    Labrador dog pup

This is a picture of Mum on a grouse drive last season, she's the one on the right. Details of the sire - http://gortonsgundogs.co.uk/the team/arriba 2.html Pup's pedigree - https://www.k9data.com/offspring.asp?ID=463906
  3. Labrador dog pup for sale, ready now. Excellent pedigree pup from health tested working parents. Pup is Kennel Club registered & micro chipped. £900
  4. You can get a new Invincible X on the basc scheme for approx 24k + vat, 22% off list. I suspect new deals from other manufactures can be got similar & it's a lot better value than buying used.
  5. You've more chance of winning the euromillions than you have of getting quality rabbiting, it's closely guarded & prized. There's no coincidence that grouse keepers have FTCH spaniels living with them FOC. There are options though. I know you can get rabbit days on Castle Bolton in Wensleydale, I think you contact the Estate office direct. I also know of someone doing rabbit sessions on the North York moors, I could get a contact detail if required.
  6. Don't know if he's still breeding, there's not been any Waynnson dogs registered for some time with the Kennel Club, 2012.
  7. We had a 13 plate diesel Forester & it was decent offroad considering it had road tyres on it. I never got it stuck when I was out picking up & it got up the steep rough tracks on the grouse moor.
  8. I had an athletic bitch, quick, could clear a 5 bar gate with ease. I had a queue of people wanting a pup from her so I hip / elbow scored her. She scored 51/53 for the hips. What looks good isn't always what is good.

  10. There's plenty of people out there health testing quality working dogs & selling them for sensible money. Show patience & shop around until you find the right dog.
  11. No, you con the little ******** into thinking it was their idea
  12. Not chew resistant, i know someone who lost dog through eating it.

    Garage floor

We've done ours as the garage doubles up as a kennel. Considerably easier to keep clean than the previous painted floor but walk with caution when wet, although they are more non slip than the ones we have in the house.

  15. Simple, it's not black & it's not chocolate, so it's yellow. Yellow labs come in many shades of YELLOW.
  16. No such colour, the dog's yellow
  17. It doesn't but if you write anything other than Black - Yellow - Chocolate / Brown on the registration documents they'll register it as not being a recognised colour. So for example you can't put red down as the colour. If a dog's got white on it you only register it as one of the 3 solid colours.
  18. Emmellodge Comet out of sibling, has been bred from using an affix Wellburygrange in 2016. Ex Comet - Wellburygrange Cartlend has been bred from under the affix Birkbymeadow, this was in 2018 Both affix would suggest these are in the Northallerton area. W
  19. They've probably tried registering them as black with white chest or similar. Les Dixon bred the sire, he used to do dog displays at agricultural shows etc but I'm not sure if he still does. He's not someone I've had dealings with but I've heard the odd story! The sire's sire Teak street is a sibling of FTCH Mediterian Blue, a prolifically used stud dog. The grandsire on the dams side Delfleet Garlic was owned by John Lees afaik.
  20. Post them on here as there's 1/2 a chance I can tell you who owns dogs in the pedigree as the OP is local to me.
  21. Post a copy of that legislation if you can find it
  22. as far as I know - 70 - motorway 60 - dual carriageway 50 - the rest unless lower restrictions on the road ie 30 / 40 etc It's the same as non car based vans. We're hounded by camera vans in North Yorkshire so I do 50 everywhere, much to the annoyance of the long stream of traffic that usually builds up behind me.
  23. I'm still waiting for a convincing answer on how fast you can go in a pick up. As I don't want anymore points / go on anymore courses I'll stick to 50 / 60 / 70, mind the lorry 3 inches from my bumper on the A66 whilst I was doing 50 on a single carriageway bit did make me twitchy.
  24. You've missed the first bit. The sire of the pup is Endowood Cutthorpe Of Buccleuch, owned by Buccleuch but not bred by them. I assume the pup is Kingcott Tuxedo bred by Richard Claydon. Bred in the pink, should prove to be a handful 😄 😄
