  1. National Ladies' Shooting Day has come around again. This year I am hosting at the marvellous Sporting Targets, Riseley. We still have a few spaces at this ground, so if you ever wanted to persuade a lady of your acquaintance that shooting clays is in fact fun, this is the event to start her on. Everything provided, tea and cake afterwards. More information at www.shotgunandchelseabunclub.co.uk.
  2. The third National Ladies Shooting Day (or first International Ladies Shooting Day as there will be at least on event in the USA) is on 10th June 2017. I will be hosting at Mid-Norfolk, a new ground for the Shotgun & Chelsea Bun Club. It's a great time to get women and girls to try shooting under professional guidance in a friendly, supportive environment. 30 clays under instruction followed by tea and cake served on vintage china. Book online at http://shotgunandchelseabunclub.co.uk/national-ladies-shooting-day-2017/. *For more experienced lady guns look for other events in the year marked "e" or "experienced". These are 75 clay competitions. 3. I've added this event to the PW calendar but thought I'd put it here as well so a few more people have sight of it. There are events being held all over the country for National Ladies Shooting Day but I shall be at Eriswell Lodge (formerly Lakenheath Shooting Ground). This is a great event for ladies to try shooting, very friendly, light guns, nice company, especially good value. And if any lady shoots already they are welcome to come and see if they can beat my 29/30 record :-) There will also be cake of course. Join us at the newly refurbished Eriswell Lodge (formerly Lakenheath Shooting Ground) on the first ever National Ladies Shooting Day. This event is just £35pp and includes 30 cartridges and clays, top tuition, ear and eye protection and a goody bag, all in celebration of ladies who shoot or who want to try shooting. Book at http://shotgunandchelseabunclub.co.uk/events/eriswell-lodge-shooting-ground/.
