  1. Good starter set up. Rifle (rough and ready but faultless) , sling, decent scope and plenty rounds. Threaded for moderator. No mod included. £100 Fife, Scotland can do rfd transfer at buyers cost which is £50. best price i can get round my way. easier and cheaper if you can collect Won't let me add photos
  2. Awhile ago I'm sure I read (& replied) to a post about RWS Z Lang 22lr ammo. Someone from South Wales was struggling to find a supply. If anyone is interested I have found some in the Midlands.
  3. Hi there, I've recently inherited this .22LR, I hope someone could identify the model? I believe it is a BSA model 2. It's a single shot .22LR. I took this to the range last weekend and it was good fun to shoot! However, the sights leave something to be desired... I was hoping someone could point me in the direction of a scope rail that would work with this? Many thanks
  4. Two lovely rifles for sale as unfortunately I'm giving up shooting. Remington M700 5R Mil-Spec 223, heavy 20" stainless barrel with a 1-9" twist rate. 5R tactical rifling, lucky 13 detachable magazine conversion, Predator 8 sound moderator, bi-pod, Hawke sidewinder 8-32×56 scope and a half decent/solid hard case. I bought this at the start of the year and was told that it had only fired 200 rounds. I've fired 80 through it myself and have 20 rounds with it if collected. £1500. Tikkat1x MTR in 22lr with 16" (I think) barrel. Parker hale mod(not pretty but perfectly functional) bi-pod, Hawke Vantage 30 WA SF IR 4-16x50 .22 LR Scope - with the 22lr reticle, rifle slip and sling. I love this rifle, it was bought second hand with no idea on round count, I've put about 500 subs through it and it fires faultlessly. I have some ammo left for it, not sure how much maybe a box or two which you can have if collected.£650. Located in Gloucester.

  6. Hi, Does anyone know if this is still running please? From what i've heard, this is located somewhere near the FA Football HQ and the Vehicle Museum on Thurston Road Leyland. It's listed as a shooting club on many sites, although the phone number just rings out and there isn't an email address. Norman Livesey seems to be the contact but cant get hold of him. As I live in Leyland, i was thinking of heading down there to find it and have a chat with the guys as to joining... but would need to know the nights the club is open I'm looking for a club to join so i can shoot .22LR and start my firearms process. Any info on this club would be appreciated. Thanks Danny
  7. Hi all Thanks for having me A pal of mine and me got into shooting a couple of years ago - eventually got our FACs and SGCs just before lockdown kicked in 🙄 Some experience down the range and at the local clay shoot - none in the field though (apart from air rifles when everything was in black and white) so looking to pick up hints, tips and the benefit of your experience. Hope to compliment my love of cooking with some fresh game along the way! Take care all

  9. I'm considering getting either a custom SIG 522 or 'L'AR-15 in .22LR from Lan Tac. Has anyone had any experience with them? What's their customer service like, product quality, lead times etc. I've found plenty of info on their competitors, but very little on them. Any help would be appreciated.
  10. I recently bought this for my 22lr, however I have bought a 17hmr instead and left the 22 with the scope on it. Im looking for something with more mag and a side focus for the 17hmr so this is up for sale - looking for £80 posted which is what I paid. Here is the original ad with photos.
  11. Still need one original ruger 1022 mag, if you've gone banana, maybe you have an un-used, unwanted 10 shot in your surplus gear bag, thanks Roland

  13. Hi all I have a sako quad with a 22lr barrel and 17hmr barrel. Just wondering what set ups anyone else have with this particular rifle and calibre's and how they find changing the barrels and whether or not they hold there zero. I have mine set up with leupold QRW rings on a weaver rail, with yukon photon for the .22lr and simmons wtc for .17hmr. Changing barrel and scope is simple but haven't had the chance to really test whether it holds the zeros ok. Any advice on the set ups or any other set ups which up better or work well for you please let me know thanks.
