    Wall Hanger

Since I bought a great Fred Williams 12 gauge hammer gun from Wabbitbosher which I love and my wife sort of thinks it looks ok. I have now convinced her to hanging a old hammer gun on the wall. Something I have always wanted to do, we live in an old farm house dating back to about 1680 but she has the inside quite contemporary. I need to strike when the iron is hot. So I am after a old hammer gun off ticket. You have you got. (Pm sent to Wabbitbosher)
  3. Hi, I'm having trouble finding out anything about a shotgun a friend owns in South Africa. It is a side by side 12 bore double trigger hammer gun, fairly old and battered (he uses it to shoot Warthogs in the bush) with the usual proof marks on barrel and action but no makers name anywhere, although it does look like there is a "Made In Belgium" on the underneath of the barrels! He asked me to find out what I could about it on my return home to the UK, and I told him not to use it anymore as it is very loose because the locking cross bolt is missing, his answer was "I've been shooting it like that for years!"........Africaans?? The Flickr link has 9 other photos of medium resolution (I have higher resolution if needed) and any help would be most appreciated. Many thanks in advance, Dave http://www.flickr.co.../in/photostream
