Hi all, I have just been to France with Mark Howard of Stalking England on a 4 day trip, What a fantastic well planed out trip this was! Mark& David told us all how the trip would pan out from the start and I must say it was perfect!! The 1st day saw us join a France team who welcomed us in as if we where local hunters! they all new Mark and David which I must say was nice to see as you know that they have put the time in already. First drive we where told this will be the one where we think will not hold as much game but we must do it to keep the farmers happy! Well the horns where sounded and from the start the shots rang out,, Boar crossing the woodland path we where set out on with roe not far behind, me and the next Gun Martin said well if this is the drive with not alot in what the hell dose the rest of the day hold for us?? First drive saw pigs and Roe in the bag. 2nd Drive and again placed in some stunning woodland, Again as soon as the horn was sounded Boar everywhere what a buzz shots going off all over the wood, Boar coming pass like trains and beaters and dog crashing though the wood!!! Trust me hairs standing on the ends. The day carried on like this non stop sport!!! End of the day Drinks and stunning food and of course Cheeses and the odd Red and white wine.. Day 2 saw us in a different location with only the Mark's team shooting! We again was not let down sport all day with much of the same beaters horns going mad and dogs barking!! (It relay is like you watch on You tube). We Ended the trip with 26 Boar and 14 deer in 2 days (shots well lets just say alot LOL) Just some photos of our bags.
