  5. Used Ruger 10/22 factory magazine. In good condition and full working order but realised I still had it even though I sold the gun! £15 posted. The BX-1 is the Ruger factory ten round .22LR magazine for the 10/22 family of rifles. Manufactured from a hard wearing black plastic this magazine is also available in a 10 round clear version. Ruger's compact and reliable rotary magazine design is the main reason why the Ruger 10/22 is the world's most popular rimfire rifle, with a whole industry of aftermarket parts based around one magazine. You cant go wrong with having extra magazines, whether its for fast loading at the range or in the field. Or, as a backup in case of loss, damage or muddy puddle encounters. I have a couple of pics of the original item but I couldn't upload as the files were too big on my iPhone. Email me if you would like them.
  6. My club has had an influx of younger shooters and sometimes they struggle with the length of the rifle when first starting. Fortunately they grow confident very quickly and can then cope with an oversize stock but we need to help them initially. Rather than purchase a new rifle it has been suggested we get a spare stock that can be shortened. So does anyone have a spare wooden stock. Not too interested in finish provided it is cheap and not split. Standard Stocks are ridiculously cheap in the USA but I’m not going to be there for at least another 6 months Located South Bucks but often in South Essex
  7. As per title looking for any type of magazine for the Ruger 10 22: - standard 10 rnd mag - 25 rnd banana mag - American Eagle 10 rnd mag - Archangel Nomad 10 rnd mag etc If anyone has a tri mag holder or 10/22 magazine clip I would be interested in those too. Cheers
  8. Butler creek folding stock. Good condition £70 excl. p&p
  9. As it says, 2 Butler Creek Hot Lips 25 Round Magazines One is used more than the other but both were fine when I last used them. Got id of the 10/22 a while ago and have these left doing nothing, Great fun to use and showed off my stainless gun with the black plastic folding stock really well. Just clearing a few items, proceeds to the new gun. £20 each, posted. Would like to sell both together but first come first served, less used one goes first. Thanks
  10. I fancy getting myself a long barrelled revolver when I apply for / get my FAC. I currently shoot at a HO approved club that has 4 ranges where I could use one (although I can't picture myself with it on the 50m too much ). I've read a lot about the 'common' LBR's: Taurus Ruger Buntline Alfa-Proj I've seen all the above for sale on GT / gunstar etc. but what I don't know is who (if anyone) are the current importers? When it comes to it, I don't mind second-hand, but I'd rather be paying less than a grand and I'd want to be fairly confident I could get spares for whatever I choose. Can anyone provide any details of the current importers / retailers (not someone that went bust two years ago )? Also, are there any revolvers I've overlooked?
