I have a Beretta AL391 Teknys and want to drop the heel (I think) as I am seeing too much rib. There is a plastic shim at the end of the stock that says Dx60 at the top and also a metal shim inside the stock that I have matched up with Dx60 at the top. I think I need to buy a DX65 plastic shim but will I also need to buy a new metal shim that has DX65 on it so it matches the other shim. This is my first gun so I don' really know if I am even doing the right thing to achieve what I want. Any advice would really be appreciated

Help! 26inch or 28inch? beretta semi teknys stonecoat

Hello all Just thinking about buying my first semi-auto but im unsure of a couple of points. 1. The gun in question has a 26in barrel but when held next to a 28inch over and under the beretta teknys stonecoat in about the same size... So would this 26inch semi be ok for me size wise? 2. Does a 26inch barrel mean I cant shoot as far as say a 28inch silver pigeon? Do I buy a semi auto in 26inch, 28 or 30??? Any other tips would be great too. Thanks for reading J.
