It certainly is far from easy but I also found no success dropping into water(I think that's water on the video) & only succeeded with cooking oil. pat 1 Posted September 28, 2009 Author Report Share Posted September 28, 2009 Read through a Russian forum last night.Fasinating. Those guys could survive on the road side. No fancy shot drippers,an old tin with a hole heated with a primus stove. Some of them dismantled batteries and used various parts to mix with roofing lead to get the proper hardness. I know batteries would be dangerous to tinker with but it doesnt seem to stop them.
