tac2 are fine for hunting but dont try and stretch the range much more than 25 yards because they are quite light as well as long,so have a tendancy to tumble in flight particulary if it is windy.always experiment on paper first before using in the field.i have used them against both rabbits and squirels to good effect, but now only use them on the range  :good::good:

At that price why don't you buy some and try for yourself. I always found these "killer" pellets to be less effective than the ordinary pellets but there is nothing like trying for your self.

I am suprised that they are selling those pellets on e-bay because the sale of pellets by post has been stopped. This is a real blow because all the air rifle dealers are stuck away in odd corners of the country like Cromer and hard to get to and its hard to get pellets any more. Unless you are prepared to take what you can get from your local shop.

Thought the merits of prometheus pellets had been discussed to death? IMHO any claims made by prometheus are as reliable as an M.P.s expenses claim. There are so many time proven pellets out there that are more accurate than we will ever be that i cant see the point in trying new types-what can you gain?
