Country_est Posted August 10, 2005 Report Share Posted August 10, 2005 Hi I have a laurona O/U 3" Mag. Bought it in 1980/81 time frame. Has had a new firing pin. Used for clays, pigeon rabbits game and wildfowling. Only bought my s/s cos it was a heavy old thing to carry about ruff shooting all day. Still have it and use it for wildfowling and clays. May be putting it into semi retirement as Iam after a 3.5" escort auto. Ps bluing is wearing a bit but no rust what so ever. Grand old tool it is. TX Sniper Posted August 11, 2005 Report Share Posted August 11, 2005 can also vouch for the laurona, a friend has one which he uses for everything. it is an o/u and has a double trigger but can be used in a single trigger mode. i personally do not find them athsetically pleasing but as far as capability it is excellent value for money.
