omegabri
Another (probably stupid) question With my Beretta O/U shotgun I got 5 chokes. Which two are best for clay pigeon shooting ?? (God, this is embarrassing !! Sorry everyone )
clayman
1/4 bottom barrel, 1/2 top barrel is considered the norm for sporting clays - ESP 1/2 and 3/4 if you are shooting FITASC or rangy targets, DTL / ABT etc Sk / 1/4 if you are shooting close / low driven stuff or ESK / OS If you have 1/4 1/2 in a gun for ESP, you'll not need to consider changing them for 90% of the courses you come across, but even if you dont change them, remember always to loosen or remove the chokes whiles storing the gun or they will dry out and get jammed in. Can be b*gg*rs to remove if the get stuck.

hock
Way too tight, follow Claymans advice. Cat. note the FIXED element lol cant change them without lots of cost Next gun will have to be a multichoke so I have the option, but this ones working fine for me at the minute I shot 25/50 on first run and 27/50 on my second go with the gun, don't think this is too bad to say I've only actually shot a few times
