I had set up my whirly and deecoys and by the time I had got back into my hide seagulls were paying them some interest.. All night they were coming in low and genrelly paying far to much interest in my patten, so much in fact that the pigeons seemd to be put off ...... I think the key point is the pulp waste being spread, I know this attracts seagulls. I suspect them being over your decoys was coincidental.
