Next day of shooting was the 10th of January.

It was the day i was talking about here when i returned and i said it was the best day ever.

You probably wont believe it....

That day was again a very cold day with minus 12 C. We had snow and we had sun. We had a total bag of 140 (!)

WE GOT 125 RED DEER (!!!) that day. I have never seen such a big bag of red deer. Unbelievable.

8 Boar, 6 Roe and one Fox.

It took hours to get all the game to the place where the meeting was.

That pic was made at 4 o clock pm. You can see here round about 80 red deer.

We were ready at 5:30 pm and it was dark. My flash of the camera couldnt illuminate all the game.

We were all impressed that day. There were such masses of red deer, never seen before. There were still some herds that dissappeared (one with hundred, another with 40, one with 30) without being shot. We probably got only 20-30%. There are much to many red deer. They damage the wood a lot.

Next day was the 12. of january.

It was a day with again some snow but it was getting warmer. We had that morning -1 and during the day +2!

I had some really good sport that day. You can see the view from my stand on the pics below. Saw quite a lot of deer (but no boar). Mainly fallow and red deer and one roe buck. Most of them where crossing in the thick wood.
