Chaps

Our Essex shooting "bad boy" currently has 215 / 75 / R15 tyres on it.

The truck doesnt go on the roads only round fields, it doesnt even have an MOT. It never gets above 2nd gear creeping round the fields.

Can I squeeze 225 / 75 / R15 tyres on it ?

Thanks

Matt

you will get more with 235/75 - 15 as used on rangers etc. should be ok if they rub a bit, fit some spacers. They will be both wider and larger diameter, look on some tyre websites to check out diameters etc.

I jacked up my old 4x2 ranger and went from 205/75 - 14 to 235/75-15 ( from 27" o/d to 31"o/d) fitted some spacers and all went well, no real difference with gearing off road
