adam f
How do I remove the action from the stock of a 12g shotgun? I want to strip the cack varnish and oil it, but obviously need to remove the action first? Thanks in advance!
Cosd
All are slightly different, but if you start by removing the butt plate, shine a torch down the hollow of the stock and you should be able to see either a screw or bolt. Undo that and the action should come away. If this doesn't work post the make and model of your gun I'm sure someone will know....
adam f
Thanks, I'll take a look. It's a Rizzini Sporter if that helps.
Harnser
As above and look for screws that go through the trigger gard into the stock ,remove these as well . Once all undone you may have to give it a little wriggle and a little pull to break the seal . Oh , and sometimes you can get a sneaky one under the top leaver . Harnser . GStrider
Does any one know where the screws are on a Miroku MK38 grade 1 trap. Thanks in advance.
