Due to move into out PFI in sept and we are getting (mostly) new stuff, below is a list of equipment we plan to get rid of. All 'heavy machinery' is 3 phase but due to the age cannot be used in school due to extraction (and/or) brake speeds but is perfectly fine for other use.

All others are fine / in full working order / normal school use and most have been serviced yearly.

The LEA are more than happy for us to get rid of the stuff as they want the school flattened within 3 months so I was just wondering if you, or you know anyone who might be interested in anything at a real bargain price.

The following are available to go now (disconnected) -

Buffer

Woodwork lathe (boxford training)

The following will be available in the summer -

1x Denford novamill

2 x Circular saws

2 x Pillar drills

Sharp edge

Planer / thicknesser

2 x Extraction units

Flamefast crucible

Sewing machines (Bernina 1000's)

Injection moulder

Vacuum formers (1 x 1/2 sheet)

If you want exact details & photos I am more than willing to send them to you via email.

Just to clarify the heavy machines are 3 phase as per the original post.

The pillar drills are both floor standing (£90 each)

2 circular saws are what I would call a 'table circular saw' and not hand held, they are full size steel / cast iron. (£150 each)

Thicknesser/planer, same as saws (size and weight) (£150)

Lathe (£100)

Large sheet vac former, I think the sheet size is about 550x400, I will check in the morning, it also has a 1/2 sheet adapter (£150)

Denford Novamill (£200)

Sewing machines (£50)

Sharp edge (£70)

Buffer (floor mounted, cast metal, lamp attached) (£70)

I have had loads of pm's as well as posts here so I thought this was easier to update.

Summer collection will be during July

Stuff mentioned is available now

Payment by cheque on collection of goods from Newcastle city centre

I think the prices are very fair, infact a bargain, eg - de ford nova mills were £6,000 + new.

4 sewing machines also sold.

More new addition -

Band saw £130 (floor standing, not metal cutting

2 x hegner scroll saws (mains voltage) £40. I might have 2 more.

Belt sander with built in extraction. (floor standing).

I hope I have replied to all messages and or emails so far.
