Sand Bag

Can anyone recommend a sand bag for use off a land rover bonnet and for using on the ground for zeroing.

I have searched the Internet but can find anything except the ones sold by shootingbags.co.uk which are not what I am looking for.

Any links to websites would help.

Ballie,

Here's the Yorkshire version.

Get one of those long ,heavy sea hose socks. Fill a carrier bag 2/3 full with sand. Place carrier bag into the sock and tie up.

I've been using one for years and its perfect for off the wing mirror etc.

Just do the karate chop on it and you have a perfect V for placing the rifle in.

I would have thought a sandbag would be too big for carrying round.
