Nicky T
Just got back from Rishton Gun Club having shot a couple of rounds of Starshot! What great fun and at £6 per practice round and £8 per compettion entry - well worth a pop Looking forward to shooting it at some Game Fairs next year, but until then thanks John for taking it on the road
Gordon R
Been up Rishton for a few rounds. My efforts on the Pool stand are not worthy of report. Couple of rounds on the Starshot:- First round - straighted top line - missed second line, halved bottom line and hit the pair. Second - Straighted top line - halved second, halved bottom line and hit the pair. 8/14 and 10/14. Definitely worth a go. Bit quick with a 32" trap gun. Skeet gun next time. Gordon R
It is addictive and definitely straightable. Just needs a bit of concentration and shorter barrels.
fenman99
Very addictive when shown how to hit the last clays, never sore it straighted though!! fenman99

Gordon R
Mark Threlfall hit every clay until the last one. He really should have straighted it, because he is a very, very useful shot, by anyone's standards.

Hi ken, Yes it,s many years since i last had a bash at it and i seem to recall i achieved some tasty scores,I may be a little slow for it now. I would have been there but i was zipping through the stratasphere on the back of the 1400 GTR.Happy days from Auntie.
Gordon R
I understand that the event was won by Mark Threlfall, who missed one of the pair. However, the highest score of the day was 86 - shot by Trevor Street, who shot birds only. He missed a sitter - number 2.
