markadams Posted May 23, 2003 Report Share Posted May 23, 2003 Mamood, Attracting any animal into your garden for the sole purpose of shooting it is not legal, the reason the decoying is allowed is before the birds are being shot because they are eating the crops, what reason do you have not shooting them in your garden? I must confess that I have shot pigeons in my garden but my defence is that I am protecting my vegtablefruit plants (crop protection). Mark.
