pavman
Mrs pavman treated me to a weekend in London, a held over birthday treat. Went to see Santana at Wembley, Fantastic :yp: It really is a funny old place, they still have Punks in Camden Town, bumped into a big bloke with a beard dressed in a frock and platform Doc Martins with lots of metal in his face....that was just weird :yp: Most of the folk where very nice though and some even spoke English, which was nice! On the train home we slowed just past Woodbridge Suffolk, and about 10 black rabbits where mixed in with others in a field, I told mrs pavman they where probably seeking asylum, but the truth is I don’t know as I have not seen black Rogers before in the wild, I have seen an albino cock pheasant and a Stag, so I suspect you get oddballs turn up now and again just like London i guess pavman
Dunkield
We have fair few black and also ginger wabbits round our way, escapees that have mingled with the locals and 'got it on' I guess...

Pedro
I quite often see a white one on the way into work. It just sits in the middle of the field not giving a damn about anything :yp: It must have escaped from somewhere as it seems quite tame and not worried about cars or people. (No, its not a dummy one . P.
SNAKEBITE
We get a good few black rabbits on our shoots. Makes them stand out a bit more which is helpful!
MC
Pavman, You old boys from suffolk live a sheltered life. Most of the punks in camden town were probably not born when the original punk scene kicked off. There is a few young lads around where I live who have the most amazing mohicans, and more zips and chains than you have ever seen. Cranfield
Black rabbits in the wild are not uncommon and apparently are a genetic colour mutation, rather than anything to do with escaped domestic rabbits interbreeding. The wild albino rabbits are very rare. I learnt this from an article I read in the Shooting Times, about 30 odd years ago, I assume it still holds good. There was nothing in the article about big blokes, with skirts, Doc Marten boots and facial scaffolding. :yp:

SNAKEBITE
Oh yes Axe I have seen a few recently, mostly on land we don't have access to. I reckon we've shot all the black ones on our permission(s) :yp:
Quist
The Black ones are Goths. They hop out into the open hoping to get ear piercing for free :yp:

Axe
I found a good deal of them last year but none for this year as of yet. There is a roundabout at the bottom of the A23 that has a number of wiild rabbits on it and they vary in all colours. I cant help think that some used to be pets.
