OddJob
Tesco was doing some ghost chili sauce in the world food parts of my local lately. I was tempted. My misses bought said sauce for me. Put 10 drops, quarter of a tea spoon, on my stir fry last night and Lordy it was hot. Should have put the toilet paper in the fridge as well... deputy dog
Well lads i must say those ghost chillies are the hottest things i and my friends have ever tasted. Either ate raw or cooked in a curry, the frightfully hot fair play. Few of the lads in work thinking they were big ate the bigget ones i had, an after 20 seconds chewing Spewed every where. Though their lips turned purple an their face went dark red ha ha ha. Iv made a few curries out of the from recipe i found on the Net. All the proper spices mixed a blended proper like then throe in 2 nice big ghost chillies for the heat. Only draw back when cooking said curry is that the whole house is filled with a very strong aroma that seems to make your eyes water. And its even worse in the kitchen when standing over the pan cooking it, runny nose, watery eyes and tingly skin from the super spicey hot vapour in the air though the taste is superb. Not a drop left when i make a curry now as its usually polished off in minutes. Alpha i gave my friend 2 when he came down the house. He went home a put half of one finally chopped an cookef on his burger and he said that his lips an mouth went sort of numb for 3 hrs lol. Iv tried them myself and i must say their very distracting as all you can think of is the super intense heat thats burning your mouth an throat out ha ha ha. Just ordered a propergator now an 40 seeds of the hottest chillies to grow, including the newly recognised hottest chillie thr Trinidad Butch Y Scorpion chillie. About 1.5 mil on the scoville chart. Ghost chillies are about 1.1mil, so these babies are going to be like molten lava. Got some coming through E Bay shortly. so i'll let you know how i get on with these new ***** burners hahaha.
