kip270
Hi Guy's, I am off to Wales in three weeks, and have been invited to shoot on my old haunts with my .22rimmy & .222. Now my mate is an FAC holder, and i was thinking about putting my rifles in his cabinet for Security reasons when not out shooting, while i am staying down there. I would not have access to the keys at any point, and would only be shooting when we go out together. What would you do in this situation. Guest jonrms
Depends on how well you know your mate... It has to be locked away... and unless your carrying a portable cabinet.. or case... that you can chain to your ankles... it might be the best thing... however if he/she is a occasional mate.. I would feel reluctant... but to be honest .. its in your hands.. just be carefull.

SNAKEBITE
Ask your FOC for advice, then you always have an "excuse" or "expert advice"
rarms
Technically it is illegal as they are not entered on your mates ticket.
kip270
Ask your FOC for advice, then you always have an "excuse" or "expert advice" Only one problem with that, i live in Scotland and they don't have the same views as Gwent police Technically it is illegal as they are not entered on your mates ticket. Just as i thought, but i would rather do that than have them at my parents house and not locked in a cabinet.
