KIng's Ginger

Recommended Posts

To be honest the cheapest i can buy normaly from Lidls as no point buying expensive stuff as i like the taste of ginger

I put it in a demijon and shake it like hell once every morning to beat the ginger senseless

Can you put the ginger in a blender first?

I'll post the exact recipe if it turns out well.

Smells amazing, it'll no doubt go cloudy with time.

Had a smell today and not to bad I think it may taste ok stick looks like a jar of vomit. So Im going to have a sloe gin.

Mines the same. i'm going to leave mine like it so no one else would think about drinking it.

I cant believe how much homemade booze i have got though this year. not one has been bad with a few that worked fantastic, so much so i have had to hide one bottle of bramble brandy just so i have some left for next week.

add more booze to it to cut it. if you have a litre of it then add another 1/4 of litre and try that. it works for me when theings are a little to over powering.

Nice one. Just popped out for a bit and found some cheap 2 ltr kiln jars for £1.50 each. Here comes the sloe gin!

Careful how you shake it, I find the cheapies leak.
