Hurt my knee last Thursday, reached up to put my bag in the luggage rack on the train and my left knee exploded. Just got back from my second hospital visit and I have torn the muscle where it goes round the back of the knee. Currently on crutches and have to see the orthopod again in 4 weeks after some physio, he said it may have started to settle down by then. That's my season cut short Still, it could be worse......... (obviously not a shooting person,getting married on a Saturday in January). Trouble is that clashed with a syndicate day. Not an issue now!
