I eat a lot of game, geese, pigeons and rabbits. I skin the rabbits off totally then boil a large pan of water, put the rabbit in on the boil for 20 minutes and then turn the heat off and leave it to cool down. When its cool the meat just falls off the bone, ready to put into a sweet and sour or curry!! :ernyha: :blink: ??? There's no smell due to the meat being boiled.
