crossy 666
Hi, This is a long shot but worth a try before I put them on flee bay. I have 2 mac mini desktop computers for sale. Sorry but I know very little about this sort of thing as I have come by them from A mate of mine that owes me some money and he has fullen on hard times so they are part payment. All I can tell you at the minute is they are in good full working order and come with the mac, keybord and a mouse plus leads ect. Sorry not much to go on but I will try and look into it and find out more. I would like £120 each for them + p&p fees ect

twitchynik
Just helping you (and others) work out which ones you've got. Given the 1.42 comment and they look like the bottom picture I'd say you've got a pair of first generation PowerPC G4 Mini's. Not interested myself but this info might help others

OddJob
If you have the cables, mouse, screen, turn it on and then at the top left you can click on 'about this computers' and it will give you all the spec. At the mo most people won't buy it without knowing what's inside it.

adymorris
Easiest thing to do is get the part number - that will firstly identify which model it is It will be something like M6987XX/B There about 6 or 7 variants of that series alone, from memory they used to ship with 40 or 80Gb drives and 512mb Ram and either a combo or superdrive, depending what's in it will depend on the price it will sell at. As someone has already mentioned they will be PowerPC G4 processors and not Intel, so 1st generation or 1st generation late revision models Edited February 18, 2012 by adymorris
