Lamp works fine but I forgot to unplug it and it turned itself on in the back of the landrover which melted the lens melted the zip on my best jacket as well. Works fine, see pic, comes with 2 switches one for battery and one for cig lighter. Just to make it clear, its only the clear lens that is melted, the red flip up one is ok and the lamp works fine. Not sure what model it is, maybe Atom? the lens is 70mm diameter and comes with 2 plastic scope mounts and a metal one. Not sure how to value this with melted lens so lets say £30 including postage which will be expensive due to weight of battery.
