Mungler
Apparently the prelude to this lady raping the chap was her performing oral sex on him (and to which he was an unwilling recipient)...... Yep, speechless. Obviously it would be different and a very serious offence if she looked like Pat Butcher and had Popeye's arms.

-Mongrel-
'...accuse Elder of raping the man by performing an act of oral sex without his consent.' How the Hell could she do that? Well, short of physically restraining him...no, make that tying him down, and then having her wicked way? I find it inconceivable realistically that it could happen. Unless he was 4 1/2 stone sopping wet.

955i
Male rape from females is far more common than you would think. Mostly it goes unrecorded (in no small part due to the embarrassment factor, such as the volunteering shown here, how many of you would admit it if it happened??) Why is it a source of amusement if it happens to a bloke, but cause to string the ******** up when it happens to a woman? I would think it is just as (if not more) distressing for men due to the additional stigma attached. Edited March 21, 2012 by 955i

Surely if the bloke isn't willing then he's not likely to get aroused leaving her with errr, not much to play with surely?
Bagsy
but you have raised a valid point Exactly as she clearly did I don't know much about rape law but surely part of him was up for it in order for it to have taken place at all?
