Lancs Lad Posted August 9, 2006 Report Share Posted August 9, 2006 Rabbit legs, cooked with panchetta, carrot, onion, leek, chick peas and green beans with red peppers in half a bottle of magners cider.... followed by another 2.5 ltrs down my neck........... YUM...... This weekend I will mostly be making rabbit pie for my colleagues at work........................ Today, I have mostly been providing a couple of the ladies with the rabbits that I shot on monday night.....hopefuly they will have enjoyed them and Ill get some reports in the morning...
