mel b3 Posted August 15, 2006 Report Share Posted August 15, 2006 after reading the posts by henryd and having a look at the picture of his sausage(snigger) i decided to have a go , my wife bought me a mincer (ooeerr) and sausage maker for my birthday so i set about making a little sausage , i've made pigeon sausage and rabbit sausage and they were both absolutely fantastic , my whole family and quite a few friends had a sample of my sausage(stop it) and everyone agrees that it's much better than the butchers sausage , so if anyone fancies having a go at mincing like henry d i can highly recommend it . ps mrs mel b had a look at henrys sausage and informed me that mine is far superior pps do you think that i should stop watching frankie howard videos Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

mel b3 Posted August 16, 2006 Author Report Share Posted August 16, 2006 now that i've got the machine i'll be trying as many different sausages (sorry i can't help it) as possible , everyone that tried it liked it, strangely enough even the guys that aren't too keen on rabbit and pigeon liked it and it'll certainly give me a bit more choice with the game season coming up as you can only stomach so much roast pheasent.
