what fpe is the wolverine running Jerry?

the power is around 100 ft lb mate -getting around 20 shots per fill

Another three bite the dust Back to the grind jerry pity I did'nt see the Daystate stand still there's always the Midland. Thanks again for the weekend and the college have been in touch already :good:

It's looks awesome...I thought my FAC airranger was a beast...yours only has another 60ftlb lol I bet it destroyed those squirrels, keep up the good work!

100 ft/lb! Strewth that's mental. What ammo are you using?

 

May be a silly question but is there an upper limit on FAC air rifles? I assume not but they must max out at some point.

 

I also read that some air rifles after about 30 ft/lb can lose accuracy and you don't get much benefit?

 

I only use a sub 12 springer so no idea on this FAC stuff.

Dare I ask why a 303 air rifle? Why not rimfire? Shotgun?

 

BTW how much are the pellets?

 

Part of the reason I think for the .303 is to maintain accuracy a standard .22 or even .25 will struggle at such hi power there are .50 cal airguns out there!

It depends what FAC Airgun you have..my daystate is unbelievably accurate at my zeroed range (50yds) and that's 40ftlb. The higher the ftlb the benefits lost are shot count,and pellet unstableness although daystate would have vigouresly done their homework before releasing a 100ftlb Airgun...
