V8 90
I've just changed my Freelander & bought a Shogun Sport - seems great so far but the wing mirrors are to high to shoot off - any ideas ??
al4x
Sounds bad v8 but a booster cushion might get you at the right level. Have to say my l200 ones Work well to shoot from and the rifle sits nicely in the bit where it slopes back to the door

V8 90
I had a factory V8 90 for a few years - awesome - Spent loads on it & had some priceless days out - including a 1000 mile tour of wales greenlanes in 2006. Some scum bag ****** tried to steal it - the immobiliser saved it but they stole everything off it instead - I replaced all the kit & kept it for a couple of years. As much as I would love another I wouldn't have 1 due to the amount that have been stolen from round our way. WelshLamb
Agree with you there :( mines got all kinds of offroading kit and toys bolted to it, it's an absolute tool. Absolutely dread the idea of it getting pinched so she's kept under lock and key when not being used

bakerboy
And I have just lost mine an l200 4 life. Needs a new engine. 03 plate 10 months MOT, but going nowhere, bodywork in really good condition as is the interior, load space all carpetted and the paintwork under the matting is as new. Hard top with sliding windows. All this and nowhere to go except on e bay. Great motor, done everything I asked of it. Fenny I bet you are glad you did not buy it off me

welsh1
Can't fault it,drive 6-800 miles a week in comfort and then out into the fields.
bakerboy
Hi Tam I am sorry to. It is/was a great vehicle, but just not worth the time or expenditure to replace the engine, if I can find my way back on to the forum I will place an add to sell it as a "whatever" it could be used for. Cheers Terry

al4x
What's the fault with it terry? New engine sounds drastic and rarely does it require a full engine? The usual is heads on that age and that's a sub grand repair
