turbo33
Cheers Kent. Not sure my woodworking skills would warrant the cost of hand checkering!!! Edited December 23, 2012 by turbo33

station
Can't remember which factory it was, but someone once posted a video of a woman doing hand checkering. The speed and skill was out of this world and so was the end result. ATB

Cumbrian
Can't remember which factory it was, but someone once posted a video of a woman doing hand checkering. The speed and skill was out of this world and so was the end result. ATB I have been told that old ladies used to do the checkering for CZ rifles, sitting outside the factory (perhaps not in the Czech winter, however). Alas, the new CZs have machine cut stocks and forends - and it's not so good.
