The Essex Hunter
With the weather on our side and the rabbits bolting very well, it was a very pleasant day to be out diving on rabbits and general all round mayhem……. TEH

The Essex Hunter
One of the lads started putting them on there. No real reason just I think where he used to work on a big estate the head guy did it so if the governor drove past they were on show!! We use a platted string with 12 loops on and that is enough on your shoulders on the way back. As kids we used to hock them and put them on a long pole cut out of the hedge, then we would have one end on each shoulder but I think that was from watching too many Tarzan movies!!!! Any reason why you dont hock them, (time issues ) did they use drawing pins I used to out and we would average 25 on a Sunday morning 07.30 til 11.30 then in the local and sell 1/2 of them for £1 each. I know what you mean with regards 12 being enough to carry
