Your local independent Landrover repairer would be a good place to start.

 

Defenders with similar specs to Discos are far more expensive. Disco will do everything a Defender will do but more comfortably. I have both so am hands on.

 

Rogers of Bedford are worth a look, thats where my Defender came from a few years ago.

I wouldn't bother had both td5 90 and 110 crew cab xs both heavy on juice take ages to warm up in winter. Heavy clutch will result in keyhole knee surgery. Uncomfortable, basic, but still something about them that says buy me I've managed to stop the urge since selling mine. My heart says yes but my wallet says no.

I brought a refurbed 1998 90 Defender from these guys in Earlswood, Solihull......couldnt fault there service and experience I had dealing with them.

You will pay way over the odds from these guys. Not many Landy owners use them around here due to that reason. Even secondhand parts are stupidly expensive
