Has anyone done a clutch on a terrano????

drop the box out complete, pig part of this job is removing the crossmember, the torsion springs are mounted to it, measure the ammount of thread showing above the adjuster to make refitting a bit easier, have fun, i do this for a living and there is no way i would do it without a ramp and a transmission jack

not worked on these but if you'v got an engine crane have a look and you may be able to take the weight of the box thru the gear lever hole in the tunnel done this with a few 4x4 boxes when i was working on them alone + if torsion bar suspension it always pays to mark the position of the splines and measure the ride height of the vehicle before you start.

if you have access to an engine hoist, may be easier to lift out the engine, used to do landies and the old subaru pickups that way
