I love to try local cheeses when I am in different areas. When I am at home in Cornwall is has to be Cornish Blue or Yarg there is also a very good Cornish Brie.

we sell all 3 of the cheese you mentioned and they are all very good but i like hard cheese so for me its either

Thomas ho red Leicester

wookey hole

Lincolnshiore poacher

etc there are too many to mention

Caboc is a long time favourite, if you like a soft cheese (but it has to be room temp.) and Cornish Yarg was a one I had for the first time last September, with port from the Senior rates mess in Raleigh :good: Plus any blues as I`m not too fussy about them, they are all lovely.
