HDAV Posted November 8, 2014 Report Share Posted November 8, 2014 (edited) Its in the guidance notes but there is some more in depth notes of refusals/revokes somewhere (possibly a previous version of the guidance) Do not trust what you are told check it out in the acts and guidance and if you can't find it then ask for the reference to the guidance/part of the act.
