probably depends on your budget and what you're doing with the gun.

i use mine mainly for lsr, with an aftermarket trigger group in it, which in all honesty is much better than a tricked up standard one.

guy in the club had his modified by a local 'specialist' and it ended up feeling heavier than the standard trigger, complete waste of £100

he spent on it, even he admits that.

have you tried the 'rimfire central' forum, there's bound to be loads on there about it.

or a look on rimfire magic website should tell you whats available.

not sure if i've helped really.

I only use it for vermin, but I find the pull very harsh when im off sticks not to bad when on a sack when checking zero, budget is minimal as off work on the sick at the mo, just sort of wanted a project to do whilst unable to walk

I just bought a trigger kit (YoDave) and changed one spring, which made a big difference. Easy to fit too.

how much was it ? did you need any specialist tools to do it ?

thanks for the replies btw

RimfireMagic kit is good, it comes with the spring and the hammer, in the end I decided on the original spring and trigger return spring as I preferred how it felt.

The kit that rimfire magic use is just from power custom, you can find them on ebay.com sometimes from the usa.

They are easy to fit as long as you are confident.

You will need one Philips head screwdriver to remove the gun from the stock, and then a few punches to knock the pines out.

You know the two trigger assembly pins out, and then the whole unit drops out, once it's out it's easy enough although the instructions in the kit are useless.

If you need help, or pictures let me know as I have done loads to my 10/22, externally as well as internally.

that doesn't sound too difficult and fitting this spring and hammer kit which presume is the 35 quid one really smooths and lightens the trigger pull ?

thanks for your help spud :-)
