My advice (as someone who worked with ad agencies etc) is avoid trying to be quirky or funny it pits people off, landlords are often quite well off types and are looking for a reliable and professional service. I remember a decorator whose logo was a "cheeky chappie" falling from a step ladder spilling paint!!!
