Oly
Just wondering if anyone has heard of, use, have any experience of & know where to obtain swivel-less slings? I think that they exist...heard about them years ago but never seen one. I'm not wanting to drill my stock (it's far to nice ), but use a sling. If I remember rightly they effectively act as self tightening around the stock, hence don't move. Any experience/knowledge would be greatly appreciated. Cheers, Oly. Dave-G
You can get them ok - and yes they "wrap" round the butt/pistol grip ok - but be advised they also wrap round the barrel... so if you have a floating barrel it's likely to keep shifting your zero mate - unless there is a pile of room between the barrel and forestock to allow it to fit said stock without contacting the barrel. Or to an air bottle in the case of a pcp air rifle Google "cheater sling"
