marktattoo
No dosent need a Rfd providing you are doing a face to face transaction. The buyer will need a free slot for .223 and also a free slot for .223 sound moderator. You need to check the buyers fac to make sure they have authority presuming the do, you need to fill in the details on page 3 of the buyers fac for both the rifle and moderator sign it date it. Keep the details from the buyers fac and write to your local police authority stating you have disposed of the rifle and moderator to mr x his details are xxxx. The buyer will also write to their authority stating the have purchased from you. If you are going to get another rifle in the life of your fac then also fill out a 1 for 1 variation for both the rifle and mod, send your fac in and you will get it back with the slots open again, if you don't do the 1 for 1 you will lose the slots Edited February 3, 2014 by marktattoo
aka_t50
hi mate if sale is face to face no need for rfd just make sure all paper work is correct ie correct slot's for rifle, silencer and any ammo included in the sale and then you will need a firearms transfer form from your local police force you can normally print these from the police forces web site and this is then sent to your firearms officer to inform him of the transfer.
