Seeing as it's a bare all subject, I'll be frank. Usually things involving the Mrs and me doing things of a sexual nature (as you may expect), in the woods or that kind of thing. And sometimes I think about dog poo, if I want to last a bit longer that is :)

 

Well it's obviously a sort of fantasy, ask your Mrs if she's up for a bit of 'woodland loving'?

 

Take it easy on the dog **** thoughts though!! :sick:

doubt it's that , My missus jumped on mine whilst practicing for the kamasutra olympics leaving a pronounced kink this has had little effect on my libido other than getting it out in public is no longer an option, luckily I am old !

I would think you should perhaps get some gentlemens reading literature, laying off any menage de un or any other number until you reach bursting point, then dive in after a couple of weeks, just a thought oh yes a good imagination doesn't hurt either

Good on you for having the kahuna's to broach the subject.

 

Would regularity play a role in your downfall? Are you going for it nightly or could you go for a 'spectacular' say one or twice a week-ramped up with a romantic effort to make it special.

poontang has a point why not get the missus to enjoy a bit of extra foliage activity

Trouble is she's a real 'home bird', likes her comfort does the Mrs. We have gone in to the woods before, plus other more 'risque' places but that was when she was a younger woman. I think a bit of spice is what I needed and so far, I like the idea of renting a room to a buxom young thing in her 20's who's not adverse to walking around the house in her underwear... I'm just going to think about that for a moment...

no, I'm an ex-smoker. I gave up many years ago although I was partial to the odd Havana every now and then, more now than then though, but haven't touched one since giving up drink bach at the tail end of December.

 

And I certainly don't suffer from Peryiones disease or whatever it's called. Nowt wrong with my old chap physically. at least not in the sense that there's anything growing on it.

In all seriousness Doc, I reckon you could well be over exercising. 4 sessions of Crossfit, 1 Aikido and 1 yoga? Where is the opportunity for your body to rest and recuperate?

 

Even when I used to train hard, it was no more than 4 sessions in a week.

Thanks Fuddster. It wasn't an easy decision to decide to broadcast such a thing on a public forum. Being mainly a forum frequented by blokes I was hoping that more would have been brave and come forward other than things circling around me. I'm comfortable enough in my own skin to be upfront about something like this as it ain't gonna get resolved if I pretend everything is a-ok. Just looking for a little help, support, advice from the great PW collective. Thanks again for your support :)

Try horny goat weed/macca my uncle, who shares far more then he should, was having a similar problem at the age of 48, took this and after about 2 weeks started noticing a marked improvement after a month he said it was like being a teenager again and seemed to give him more energy in general

 

Can ask for a link but he bought it from a supplement shop (gnc I think) so should be easy to find

Think you should see your G.P I experienced much the same about five years ago I went to see the doctor for something else and happened to mention it . He knew what it was streight away a few blood tests proved type 2. He gave me some viagra to help things along as he said But everything returned to normal after a couple of weeks. I was 60 at the time just want a nice plump mistress now so it will not be wasted.

Might need to see if you can source some Real Tree wallpaper and bring the woodland indoors..... although the buxom young thing in her pants is a much better idea

I sleep reasonably well most of the time. In fact, it gets on the Mrs' nerves as she says I'm out as soon as my head hits the pillow and more often than not I am. I average 6 - 7 hours sleep a night. This has been on going since before I gave up the booze, which is something I thought I'd never do as I really used to enjoy my drink but not to the extent where I felt it could be affecting my health.

 

Anyway, I've relented and have booked in with the Doc tomorrow so see what she says. I'll keep you guys posted as I know there will be one or two who will glad that I did. I will insist on a blood check though, just to be sure.

As for my general health, I'm in the best shape since... well, ever. I'm 15 stone, 34" waist, I exercise regularly (Crossfit 4 times a week on average), my resting heart rate is 52 BPM, had my cholesterol check last week in fact and my HDL cholesterol is 1.1, my total Cholesterol is 4.6 (she did do my LDL but can't remember what this was, I did write it down and it was well under what it should be). My BMI is 24 but this only goes against the other information as they have my ideal weight as 13 stone or there about but I would look like a rake as I'm 6'3".

 

 

Phroar!!!! Get your real tree coat, you've pulled. I'm not bothered about your rigidity of your tally whacker, I just want somebody thats going to treat me right (ie not come home late smelling of bacardi breezers and going on to make unreasonable demands).

Very common problem that many don't discuss - you see ad's provoking thought on this subject a lot in service station urinals.

 

Perhaps also a thought would be to look at increasing blood circulation or thinning blood i.e with Garlic (just brush teeth before engaging in anything!).

For a moment there I thought you'd looked in to my soul. In all seriousness, no more than the next guy I'd say, unless the next guy is doing it two or three times a day then the answer would be no.

 

I generally rest weekends except for Yoga on a Sunday morning. Yes, I do yoga. I guess you could say I was getting stiff in all the wrong places. I have also taken up Aikido again on a Thursday evening but that's not what I would class as a workout. So that limits my Crossfit sessions to no more than 4 times a week.

so 5 out of 4 days (mon-fri) you do crossfit, on top of a normal working week plus you're active at weekends and still knocking one off the wrist on occasion...

that's quite a lot of streneous activity!

I found when i was doing mma training in between weights sessions at the gym i was struggling to put in a decent performance with the mrs on days when i trained.

I'd say cut the wrist action down, crossfit 3 times week (ideally twice in my opinion, tues & thurs) and see what happens.

hows your diet? getting plenty of good protein and fats in?
