Just needs a lick of paint and some bolts and you're away. Free to anyone who can collect from KT3 postcode as too big and bulky to post. How I resisted my usual stroppiness, usually along the lines of "Well, it doesn't say staff parking, or come to that, 'ugly, moody cows space' so I guess you'll have to park elsewhere!", I really cannot imagine!
