young gun
Hi i'm trying to decide between buying a franchi raptor or a benelli M2, Any good or bad views on them?. Will they cycle 2 1/2" cartridges alright and are there any cartridges people have found they don't like to cycle etc. Cheers
08shooter
raptor all the way ive had 2 712s and neither missed a beat i like the gas operated i have seen benellis not to like 24g shells.my raptor cycled everything i fed it.its easy cleaned and id reccomend one.imho benellis are too light i like a bit of weight but don t think the raptor is heavy.it comes in abs box with 3 chokes.it is made under a beretta company and uses beretta mobil chokes.id have the raptor any day and it should be a good bit cheaper than a benelli.good luck

shootingmike
I have a Raptor and it's the puppies privates. cycles down to 24'sno problem but then turn the piston round and it's happy with 46 magnums too. Easy to clean, three chokes, abs case, warranty. I dare say a good deal cheaper than benelli's too!
