loriusgarrulus
After his first outing with a warm retrieve earlier in the week Leo is now well up on the signs of OH getting ready to go out to the fields. As soon as OH picked his Viper up and started loading cartridges into the pocket Leo was spinning with excitement. One quick bark as OH got his lead and they were off. loriusgarrulus
Well there was nothing about within range so nothing for the pot last night. Interestingly Leo normally wants a run round before settling and going to gundog mode. Tonight he stayed by OH straight away and he sits now when OH moves the bolt on the 410. When OH pointed the gun Leo sat at his side and watched where he was pointing the gun. Pigeon was too far out so no shot fired. For a rehome to us at 2.5years he has made a cracking gundog. The shepherd was out last evening on OH,s permission and he was impressed with how Leo ignores the sheep. This will be really important on the syndicate that OH is in, as it is on a Welsh Hillside.
