henry_o
Hi guys,Does anyone have any experience with the above gun? I know it's a relatively new release but thought someone may have used one. I'm after a workhorse for rough jobs like rabbiting, pigeon shooting; decoying and roosting etc. I want an affordable left hand semi. I'll he investing in a decent o/u for game and for best so a cheap and cheerful, but reliable left hand semi is what I'm after. Thanks, Henry

Bansk65
I have one of the new models in camo, extended chokes, cannot fault it. Used it for allsorts, pigeons to geese. Never jammed, always gone bang when I pull the trigger, except when safety is on, before any nit pickers start !! Good gun for the money IMO. Dannyboy220
My mates both use escorts, great guns but won't cycle 65mm cartridges. That's when I find they jam up a bit.

As has been posted here many times (and it's in the manual) they are designed to be used with 70mm and above, NOT 65mm cartridges.

Rifleman22
Yeph, 70mm length cartridges are required for most modern semi automatic shot guns, as this length of shells provide the necessary gas to operate the action effectively, 65mm cartridges will generally jam up and not feed the next shell into the chamber, of course you can always fire one at a time!
