I'll do a more detailed post tomorrow, but at the moment it's looking like.... Orston SG will be open to people arriving from 8am - this is for people travelling from distance and gives an opportunity to get a coffee and stretch the legs. As Catamong says 9am is a good time for the majority to aim for. The Pool Shoot will start at 9am and is likely to be at the front of the clubhouse. Not sure when bacon sarnies will be produced but sometime before approx 9.45... which is when we'll gather everyone up, snap a team photo before moving off in squads with scores to stands, for a 10am start. :good:

Has the opening times been arranged with the ground owner as shooting normally doesn't start un till 10 am on Saturdays it's normally 9 am on Sunday's only

I hope the trophy has been polished after its collection from the safety deposit box 😊

See you all soon

Of

Rumour has it, it was in secure storage in Hatton Garden. Sadly a mob of southern softies decided that it shouldn't be stored in the south as the south didn't win it. Therefore the southern softy gang liberated it for then selves and made a few bob, on the side, from some shattered glass pieces, affectionately known as diamonds. :ninja:

Surely that would be a distinct disadvantage for the Northerners!

Here's the thing.......

When it's said that its grim oop north, that's just a rumour put about by us.

We do this so people don't wish to come up here, we like it as it is.

Just to re enforce this we invented Teeside ;)
