Vince Green
Yeah and I will bet he wants paying in cash, every skip I have had recently has been strictly cash. Phone around, you do get better deals if you try.

Can't contact my usual bloke and the others seem pricey; will shop about tomorrow. Cheers all.

did i miss
Scully if you tell them what you are putting in the skip some times works out a bit better rubish costs more to tip than soil / stone
Scully
Scully if you tell them what you are putting in the skip some times works out a bit better rubish costs more to tip than soil / stone It doesn't seem to make any difference, but thanks all the same. The cheapest I can find online locally is 225 and that's for a 6 cube, 258 for a 8 cube. May just have to bite the bullet; gone are the days of just taking stuff to the tip. How much are PWers paying? why not get a man with a van to shift the rubbish for you ,it sometimes works out cheaper.
Scully
why not get a man with a van to shift the rubbish for you ,it sometimes works out cheaper. Nearest tip is 13 miles away in either direction and it'll take a few trips, plus we need 'tickets' if using a van. Have managed to contact original blokes OH so am expecting a call. Cheers anyhow.
