I'm not a romantic about most things normally, but a wooden boat really speaks to my soul for all sorts of reasons. They have their own voice on the water, which is the sound that the wood makes as it moves and the sound the water makes as it laps against the hull and they absolutely have their own unique personality. I also think its great that you've made it out of wood rather than steel. I think wooden boats generally have way more character and personality that metal ones. Cant wait to see the finished punt!
